Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy

At Pharmaceutra, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our medicines. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns, refunds, and cancellations under certain conditions, as outlined below:

 

1. Returns

You may return any unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at purchasing@pharmaceutra.co.uk to obtain a return authorisation and instructions.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

 

2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Returned products meet the conditions outlined in our Returns policy.
  • Refunds may be subject to deductions for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return according to our Returns policy.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at purchasing@pharmaceutra.co.uk with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate, and may request the return of the damaged item at our expense.
