Kliofem is a continuous combined hormone replacement therapy (HRT) tablet used to manage menopause symptoms in women who have not had a period for at least 12 months. Each tablet contains estradiol (a form of oestrogen) and norethisterone acetate (a progestogen), offering daily hormone support without a monthly bleed.
What Is It Used For?
Kliofem helps relieve menopause-related symptoms caused by a drop in hormone levels after the menopause.

How Should You Take Kliofem?

- – Do not take breaks between strips — start a new strip immediately after finishing the last
- – Take with or without food
- – If you miss a tablet, take it as soon as you remember (within 12 hours). If more than 12 hours pass, skip the missed dose and continue as normal

Like all medicines, Kliofem can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.
Possible side effects include:
