Evorel patches are HRT patches that deliver a steady dose of oestrogen to help relieve common menopause symptoms. Available in four strengths (25mcg, 50mcg, 75mcg, and 100mcg), they are applied twice weekly and support hormone balance during and after the menopause.

Yes, Evorel patches are water-resistant, so you can swim and shower as normal. Just make sure the patch is firmly in place and avoid soaking in hot baths or saunas for too long.

Some women report weight changes while using Evorel patches, but it's often due to hormonal shifts during menopause rather than the patches themselves.

Apply Evorel patches to clean, dry, hairless skin on your lower abdomen or buttocks. Avoid the breasts and do not use the same spot twice in a row.

If an Evorel patch falls off before it's due to be changed, apply a new one straight away. Continue with your usual patch change schedule after that.
