You apply Evorel Sequi in a 4-week cycle: use one Evorel patch twice weekly for the first 2 weeks, then switch to Evorel Conti patches twice weekly for the next 2 weeks. Always apply to clean, dry skin on the lower abdomen or buttocks.

Yes, Evorel Sequi often causes a regular withdrawal bleed, similar to a period, during the patch cycle. This is expected and shows the treatment is working as intended.

Evorel Sequi is suitable for women going through the perimenopause — when periods have become irregular but haven’t stopped completely. It’s not meant for postmenopausal women.

If you forget to change an Evorel Sequi patch, apply a new one as soon as you remember. Then continue following your usual schedule, even if it means applying the next patch earlier or later than planned.
