No, Kliovance is a continuous combined HRT, which means you take it every day without breaks. Most women won’t experience monthly bleeding, although light spotting may occur in the first few months.

Kliovance is suitable for postmenopausal women who haven’t had a period for at least 12 months and still have their womb. It’s not intended for women going through the perimenopause.

If you miss a dose and remember within 12 hours, take it straight away. If more than 12 hours have passed, skip the missed tablet and continue as normal. Don’t take two tablets to make up for the missed one.
